NeatWork is not downloadable for now.
Download the latest stable version of NeatWork (Have a look to
the Liability waiver):
PROCEDURE : Right Click on the link and choose "save target
as...". If you have already download a older version of NeatWork,
you just need to download the only-jar distribution.
Requirements for NeatWork
First of all, you need the Java Virtual Machine at least version 1.4
installed.
Then download all needed files as
explained above and copy them in an empty folder.
First : Try to double-click on the JAR file.
If it doesn't work : Use neatwork.bat, the
laucher file.
What makes the neatwork.bat : In the command prompt
or console, type :
Actually, NeatWork.jar must be your exact JAR filename.
You must have Mosek
solver libraries on your system, otherwise it is not possible to
use completely NeatWork.
Liability waiver
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited
to, negligence, shall APLV, Logilab and Mosek be liable for any
loss of profits; any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential
damages that results from the access or use of, or the inability
to access or use, the materials at the internet site.
